🧙‍♂️ How to Use Theos Mailer

Step 1: Download & Install

Grab the latest version from the Download Page.
Unzip the file and run TheosMailer.exe on Windows 10/11.

Step 2: Add Your Email List

Click on “Import List” and choose a file (.csv, .txt, or .xlsx).
Make sure each line contains one email address.

Step 3: Generate with AI & Personalize

Let Theos Mailer’s built-in AI help you craft compelling emails! Just click “Generate with AI” and describe your intent (e.g., “Promote our new product to tech startups”).

You can also personalize each message using smart tags:

Example:
Hi [to_name],
We noticed [em_company] might benefit from our latest tool...
Theos Mailer will automatically replace these tags with real data from your list.

Step 4: Configure Settings

Go to Settings and choose:

Step 5: Send & Monitor

Hit “Start Campaign” and watch the magic happen.
Theos Mailer will show delivery status, bounce reports, and open tracking (if enabled).

🧠 How to Use Theos Sorter

Step 1: Download & Install

Get the latest version from the Download Page.
Run TheosSorter.exe on Windows XP through Windows 11.

Step 2: Import Email Data

Click “Load List” and select your email file (.txt or .csv).
Each line should contain a valid email address.

Step 3: Sort by MX Records

Hit “Sort Emails” to organize addresses by their mail exchange (MX) servers.
Theos Sorter will group emails by provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).

Step 4: View & Save Results

The sorted list will display message counts per provider.
Click “Export” to save the results locally as a .txt or .csv file.

Step 5: Clear & Reset

Use “Clear All” to reset the workspace and start a new session.
